What You Will Be Doing:

  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Ensure correct and timely employment data entry and update in HCM & TIS.
  • Maintain & place all files according to employee numbers.
  • Ensure that confirmation of staff should be done in a timely manner by coordinating with the concerned department(s).
  • Prepare the necessary documents for Full and final settlement.
  • Assist in maintaining leaves record.

Skills You Bring To Turn The Table:

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle difficult/sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
  • Expertise in MS Excel software is a MUST.
  • Excellent written and spoken skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Great to have:

  • It should be Bachelor’s or BBA.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in a relevant role.
